TweetPhase 1 – Client Collaboration

Once we have received you request for quote we will contact you for an interview. We will determine what your business model and customer target base is. We will find out what your goals are with a website for your business. Next we will give you suggested options not only to offer what you are interested in but show you options you may not be aware are available to you. The final step of phase one is to get your decisions in an invoice format and submit to you for approval or edit then resubmit as needed.

Phase 2 – Agreement and Payment

When the invoice submitted meets your desired goals and is signed we then will need to either 1) Get 50% down to activate the job or 2) Get your approval completed for financing.

Phase 3 – Gathering and Creating

Next we submit a request in a detailed list of what we need as far as content, hosting login information, desired email accounts and passwords, and anything else we may need to complete your site. This phase is usually what takes the longest due to most customers not being prepared ahead of time with the text and photos they will want on their site.

Phase 4 – Building Site

Once we have received what we need to start your site we will design, integrate, and produce the desired and agreed upon site to meet your needs. We will be in constant contact with you on edits, updated content needs, and any decisions that may need to be made in this natural process of design.

Phase 5 – Punch Out List

When we feel we are in the final steps of completion we will “soft launch” your site for your review. At this time you email us notes as a “punch out” list for us to complete to finalize the site.

Phase 6 – Another Happy Customer

Lastly when the punch out list is completed we will send the invoice for the final 50% payment. Upon receiving the final payment we will release all the usernames and passwords for full access and control of your site and emails, and at this point we should have yet another happy customer.
