TweetWe have finished the front flooring tiles and 2 coats rolled on all the top portions of paint colors. I was told by a local competitor that the crown molding, chair railing, wainscoting and the 6 months of 40+ hrs a week I have put into our store “Perry won’t appreciate”….my hard work has to do with bringing a better level of service to the area that I can be proud of that is up to our standards. I figure with higher a level of  quality service, more knowledgeable technicians, a larger range of services offered,  a more professional looking shop with competitive pricing and offering local job positions we should be a win win for the local economy and customers! I think “Perry would appreciate” that

TweetWe have finished hanging all the drywall mudding and taping the joints and mudding the screw heads.

All has been sanded and everything has been moved to the back so we can cleanup all the dust and trash tommorrow leaving us the ability to tape and plastic off all the areas to be textured with nock down hopefully ready to prime walls tuesday or wednesday!

TweetSo as you can see by the latest pics we have the electrical wiring ran for the outlets and one side of drywall so as to pass inspection on the front wall and inside the ac closets to start. My kids are steadily helping until today they busted loose and started painting each other…I knew it was time to quit for the day by then with dark rolling in soon after.

Cut in top of all walls with block filler.
Stripped old paint off floors.

Acid etched and washed all the floors to be stained.
Cut in and rolled out (first coat thinned out so it sticks better) all the stain.
All ready for full blown second coat....

This was all yesterday...today rolled and cut in second coat....all done with the floors to be stained ! YAY!!!
